hello, welcome, goodbye, please come back...
First post of my first ever blog. This is cool. Have had this thing running for a couple of days and never had anything smart to write in it, until I figured that I don’t actually need to write anything smart in it.
So, firstly apologies to Uwe who is one of the pioneers of this blog thing, and who's layout is pretty much exactly the same as mine... What can I say? I'm choosing from templates, and black is better... always. Sorry.
The last thing I feel I need to address at this stage is the choice of title and URL for this website. The key here is the word "digital." Well, as of the 12th of March, I am the proud owner of a brand new, digital camera... I don't actually have it yet because being the cheap bastard that I am, I ordered it in the USA to save a penny or two, and am waiting for it to arrive, but I already feel this whole bits and bytes revolution taking over me. So this is the new me, the revolutionized me. The digital shooter!!! Of course, I will still be using film all the time, but at least now I can avoid the embarrassment of having to show the people at Snappy Snaps all those naughty pictures of me and... well... myself.
